The final night of our super-sized summer Phillips after 5 whisked us away to Russia in honor of Kandinsky. Both Russian folk music and Klezmer could be heard throughout the galleries. Near the entrance, there were vodka tastings and a pop-up shop from our friends at Hillwood Estate, Museum, and Gardens. Regular Phillips after 5 events will resume the first Thursday in October.
