Inspired by the recently opened Degas exhibit, Phillips After 5 hosts an evening with a rich emphasis on ballet and dance. Washington Ballet Artistic Director Septime Webre discussed the unchanged basics of ballet that were fresh in Degas time, and did so among his sculptures and paintings.
